    Your house will smell so good after baking this treat. I don’t know why I never made a tarte tatin before, but in reality it is a super easy recipe. The puff pastry gets crispy and the fruit caramelized. Serve with whipped cream, or if you’re a sweet tooth person you may as well go for ice cream.     Apple & Cinnamon Cake

    This cake is moist and flavorful. I was looking for a moist apple cake when I created this recipe. So I decided to prepare an apple puree that goes into the cake batter. The chopped apples cook over low heat in a saucepan and as soon the water evaporates it quickly begins to caramelize the apple edges. The apples are then turned into puree and ready to use.
